Mountaineer

New album

On 3 April 2026, the band released its third album, Country Dragon, under the wing of Excelsior Recordings. Together with producer Diederik van den Brandt (Aidan & the Wild), Mountaineer spent over a year crafting a melancholy and at times psychedelic album, featuring eleven songs about loss, faltering democracies, and personal setbacks.
