Fundraiser Morocco

Our thoughts go out to all our dear ones in Marrakech region. The region close to my heart which resonates in our songs. We are very sad about the news of the earthquake and we will put efforts in reaching out to the beloved people of South Morocco. 

This coming Thursday from 17:00 till 23:00, Stichting Aknarij, Stichting Emcemo, Buurtkeuken Aknarijwest, café40 are organising a fundraiser for all with music, talks, and food. Samira's Blues will join the line-up.

All proceeds of the night will go to Stichting Aknarij.

Stichting Aknarij will collect all funds and bring them to representatives of ’Stichting vrienden van Amizmiz’ in the village of Amizmiz. 

If the proceeds are higher than expected, careful research is conducted into other independent organizations or citizen initiatives that could use the help.
